Chilled “Ayran Aşı” / Yoghurt and Chickpea Soup
Ingredients
Add salt to the condensed yoghurt you place in a large bowl and whisk to make it runnier. Pour in water and continue to stir until smooth. Add dried thyme, red pepper flakes, wheat, and chick peas and stir more. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and olive oil before serving.
