As part of our environmental awareness and our responsibility towards the ecosystem, we are constantly engaged in a process of growth and development by using the most advanced technologies available and manufacture our products by taking pains to protect the water, the air, the soil, and all living creatures.
We use scientific and ecological methods in areas such as the protection of biological diversity, nutrient cycle, pest control, local wildlife, and water basins.
We irrigate our land through computer-operated water management systems and dripping techniques.
We obtain both environmentally-friendly biogas and processed pathogen-free natural fertilizer from the organic feces of our cows.
As part of the national residue monitoring program, we feed our cows with rich and environmentally-friendly fodder free of pesticides, heavy metals, and toxins.
We readily share our know-how and experience with other farms and small husbandry establishments. Our veterinary diagnostic lab assumes the disease, pathogen-freeness, and pregnancy tests of tens of farms and small breeding farms across the Aegean region.
As an establishment operating out of Germencik and dedicated to education and learning, we are in close contact with the Multi-program Anatolian Highschool of Germencik. We lend technical support and machinery for and donate equipment to the laboratory of the school’s Department of Animal Hygiene. We also provide internship opportunities and “on-site professional training” for students of this department. We are thrilled to have met many of our colleagues currently employed at our farm through these internship opportunities.
It has been our long-standing goal and priority with all the new and old members of the farm to do better with each new day and to deliver you real and wholesome products that have been manufactured with great respect to nature and the land upon which we live.
We would thus like to make a fresh and very important pledge to you, to ourselves and to future generations:
In the near future, we will evolve into a self-sustaining “Green Farm” that no longer uses any fuel, including fossil fuels, and operates solely on solar energy.
