Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes with Rosemary
Ingredients
Sautee olive oil, onion, thyme and rosemary leaves in a saucepan. Add the flour, salt, and pepper. Mix the potatoes with this mixture and place evenly in greased oven dish. Pour Efeler Çiftliği Milk over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
