Oven-baked Creamy Cabbage
Here is our take on oven-baked cabbage made with Efeler Çiftliği Milk. 👇
Mix half of the Efeler Çiftliği Milk with equal amount of water to boil the thinly sliced cabbage leaves. In a separate saucepan, lightly caramelize the onions with a tsp of brown sugar. Crush garlic into to the remainder of the milk, stir in the eggs, and add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Drain the boiled cabbage, cool, and snugly fit into a greased, oven-resistant dish. Pour over the caramelized onions and the egg mixture. Bake in pre-heated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
